-We have a NO REFUND POLICY. 

-The absolute last day for late registration is July 28th. THERE WILL BE NO REGISTRATION AFTER THIS DATE.

-We Can Not guarantee COACHES or PRACTICE NIGHTS/TIMES. You may list coaches or friends requests during registration, but this is NOT a GUARANTEE. 

-Practice will start the the week of August 25th. Games will either begin Sept 7th & run through Oct 19th. Games will be played for 7 weeks (with the 8th game to be scheduled by coaches)

-Once Registered online, no forms need to be sent it. Everything is signed electronically except the Parks and Rec forms which will be collected by the coach.

- There is no jewelry allowed during practice or games- DO NOT GET YOUR CHILDS EARS PIERCED BEFORE THE SEASON. They will not be allowed to play. 

-If your child has a cast, but is cleared to play soccer, it MUST BE WRAPPED in bubble wrap or they will not be allowed to play. 

-Players are NOT TO BE LEFT at the fields for PRACTICES or GAMES without adult supervision. The only exception is at the discretion of the COACH for the U14 and above age group.

-Parks & Rec forms must be turned in to your coach prior to the first game to obtain your jersey. (These will be emailed to everyone and can also be found on the DCSA website under quick links).

-PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL OF YOUR CONTACT INFO IS CORRECT IN AFFINITY. This is the system we use for all mass communication. If we do not have your correct contact, we can not relay up to date/ proper info. - NO Jewelry/ Earrings. Players will be removed from the game.

- No ANIMALS on the playing fields surfaces. They must remain on the track only. Please relay this info to all family/friends/spectators.

-Practices are often "coaches discretion", but the fields may be closed for severe weather. If in doubt, please check the field status on our website. Field closure means NO PRACTICE for anyone for that day.

- DO NOT heckle / question the Referees. If you have a question about a call, please take it to your coach. They will then take it to the Board who will review with the coach / referee. Our Referees are certified, but are also children and human. Please treat them with respect.

- Please stay at least 5 ft off of the side lines at all times. (Do not place blankets, chairs, or personal belongings within this area).

- DO NOT sit/stand behind the goals / goal lines.
